New Senior Housing in Clairemont

The Clairemont community of San Diego is slated to add new senior housing to the community, the first project of this time in 35 years. The assisted living and memory care facility will provide living and care for 94 residents.

PLSA worked closely with the project’s developer, RhodesMoore, LLC, and their partner, Frontier Management, to bring this important project to San Diego. The team is looking forward to celebrating the project at its groundbreaking ceremony on August 22, 2022.

The project was recently featured in the San Diego Metro Daily Business Report.

Breaking Ground at Rancho Buena Vista High School

PLSA, Alpha Studio Design Group, Erickson-Hall Construction, and the Vista Unified School District broke ground on a new Career Technology Education (CTE) building at Rancho Buena Vista High School.

The new CTE building will provide relevant training to students with a hands-on learning environment, preparation for future vocations, and insight into the work world.

The project was funded by Measure LL; a $247 million bond approved in November 2018 which supports college and career readiness, repairing aging facilities, and improving security at VUSD campuses.

Marea Village Wins Unanimous Planning Commission Approval

Great unanimous Planning Commission approval in Encinitas for the Marea Village project for our client, Fenway Capital Advisors, and the Leucadia community. New shops, apartments, hotel, and artist studio spaces hopefully coming very soon.

Ragnar SoCal – 1st Place!

1st Place! Last weekend, PLSA’s team finished in 1st place in the corporate mixed division of the Ragnar SoCal and finished 11th overall out of 326 teams! With 11 team members running approximately 190 miles continuously over 27 hours, the team persevered through hills, night runs, and no sleep to finish strong. Great job team!

Westmont of Encinitas Senior Living in the news

Great to see Westmont Living’s new Encinitas community in the news. PLSA provided land surveying, civil engineering, and construction staking services for the new senior living facility located along South El Camino Real in Encinitas, CA.

First Micro-Unit Project in Vista

PLSA and Tideline Partners are bringing the 42 micro-unit Terrace Loft project to life in downtown Vista, which is the first micro-unit project in the city. Each residence is planned to have its own balcony and the project will also feature bicycle lockers, electric bike charging stations, and bike repair facilities on site to encourage alternative modes of transportation to explore vibrant downtown Vista. The project was recently featured in the San Diego Business Journal.
