PLSA is proud to announce that the Crest Urban Apartments by Murfey Construction located at 4021 8th Avenue in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego is now officially open for leasing! Pasco Laret Suiter and Associates provided complete land surveying, civil engineering and water quality design services for the 4 story, 35-unit multi-family residential building with a rooftop deck and covered parking area encompassing the first level. The extent of our work included the design and modeling of a Bioretention BMP on the project’s southern corner to ensure compliance with the City of San Diego’s evolving stormwater regulations and requirements.

Pasco Laret Suiter and Associates’ commercial team provided civil engineering and water quality management design services for the Washman Car Wash project near Mission Bay in San Diego. Some unique challenges encountered during the development of this project included retaining wall design along the project’s north perimeter as well as the selection, design and permitting of a proprietary stormwater treatment device in order to achieve compliance with the City of San Diego’s stringent stormwater design standards without compromising the project’s site plan. For more information about this development, click here!

Construction is complete at the Avocado Acres House, a focused collaboration to inject a massive dose of creative fun and a cool green factor into a coastal infill lot in Leucadia, California. As a member of the development team led by Surfside Projects, Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates provided complete Civil Engineering design and Land Surveying services, including boundary and topographic surveying, grading plans, drainage design, construction staking, and easement documents.

Greenstone Rowhomes in Banker’s Hill reflect a thoughtful approach to urban living in one of San Diego’s most sought-after neighborhoods. These one- and two-bedroom and limited three-bedroom homes feature abundant outdoor living spaces, massive rooftop view decks and stylish interior living spaces.

The framing phase of construction is wrapping up at the new Starbucks location at Discovery Place in Mission Valley. Construction is expected to be complete in May 2016.

Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates is proud to be a part of the development team for this noteworthy Memory Care Development project in Spring Valley, led by Noah Homes and HomeAid San Diego. The residences to be constructed as a part of this project are among the first memory care homes in the nation designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.
