New Senior Housing in Clairemont
July 30, 2022The Clairemont community of San Diego is slated to add new senior housing to the community, the first project of this time in 35 years. The assisted living and memory care facility will provide living and care for 94 residents.
PLSA worked closely with the project’s developer, RhodesMoore, LLC, and their partner, Frontier Management, to bring this important project to San Diego. The team is looking forward to celebrating the project at its groundbreaking ceremony on August 22, 2022.
The project was recently featured in the San Diego Metro Daily Business Report.
