EITOL is breaking ground in Hillcrest in early 2016!
January 19, 2016One of Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates’ new clients in 2015, FoundationForForm Architecture and Development, will be breaking ground in the coming weeks on EITOL, a masterpiece of a building on University Avenue in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego. PLSA provided expedited civil engineering and water quality design services, which included the design of twelve raised Flow-Through Planters incorporated throughout the building to comply with stringent City of San Diego stormwater regulations and requirements, without compromising the modern feel and aesthetics of the state-of-the-art architecture.
