2019 ASCE History and Heritage Scholarship and Career Fair Night

The next generation of civil engineers is looking very promising! PLSA attended this year’s ASCE Orange County History and Heritage Student Scholarship Night and Career Fair, which was held at the Richard Nixon Library. We enjoyed meeting with students from UC Irvine Civil and Environmental EngineeringCalifornia State University, Long Beach Civil Engineering, and California State University, Fullerton Civil Engineering. Several fortunate students received awards, recognition, and over $15,000 in scholarships for all their hard work and achievements. We would like to congratulate the winners and thank  ASCE Orange County for the opportunity to be part of such a memorable night.

We’re looking forward to attending the event next year!

Builders for Babies

On Friday, June 21st, PLSA donated over 1,000 diapers at the Builders for Babies Diaper Drive event in Anaheim, CA. HomeAid Essentials partnered with Builders for Babies to raise over 1.5 million diapers in support of families experiencing homelessness in Southern California. PLSA enjoyed participating in the event, experiencing the creative diaper themed structures constructed by local builders, and helping out this great cause!
