Greenstone Banker’s Hill

As a part of the development team led by Hammer Ventures, Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates provided Surveying and Civil Engineering design services for the Greenstone RowHomes project and associated public improvements on 3rd Avenue and Upas Street, in the middle of the highly sought after and prestigious neighborhood of Banker’s Hill.

This 10-unit multi-family residential condominium project with modern architecture and designer facades features five different plan types, ranging from 1,185 to 1,710 square feet.
