SENIOR LAND SURVEYOR

We have an opening for a Senior Land Surveyor. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction staking projects, preparation of construction staking calculations, and the preparation of maps of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and subdivisions.

Minimum qualifications for the position include a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in California, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Minimum qualifications for this position include:

• California PLS license (preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in California
• Multiple years of experience with CAD software (AutoCAD/Civil3D/Carlson strongly preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
