SURVEY PROJECT MANAGER
We have an opening for a Survey Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction staking projects, preparation of construction staking calculations, and the preparation of maps of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and subdivisions.
Minimum qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of experience required in Land Development or similar industries
- Minimum of 5 years of responsible charge of Boundary and Topographic Surveying (California PLS license preferred)
- 3 years supervisorial experience (preferred)
- College Degree preferred (Either AA or BS in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, other applicable Science or Technology degrees)
- Strong Technical competence required in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center and Carlson Survey
- Strong multi-tasking and follow-up, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Google Suite or Office 365 Proficient
- Strong ability to provide guidance and monitoring to the junior staff in the growing survey practice
- Strong experience with residential subdivisions and commercial types of developments preferred. Previous Field and Office Experience required
- Self-starter who can work independently and with team members
- FAA Part 107 (preferred)

Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills, etc.
