The Louie – designed by award winning architect Lloyd Russell

 Located along a bluff in San Diego’s Bankers Hill, The Louie is a new multi-family community nearing completion in Fall 2016. The architecture was designed by award-winning Lloyd Russell, and features residences in a variety of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom units, and large lofts. The community features outdoor spaces, handy amenities which include a café, an eatery and the ability to walk to world-famous Balboa Park, Hillcrest, Little Italy or Downtown San Diego.

EITOL is breaking ground in Hillcrest in early 2016!

One of Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates’ new clients in 2015, FoundationForForm Architecture and Development, will be breaking ground in the coming weeks on EITOL, a masterpiece of a building on University Avenue in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego. PLSA provided expedited civil engineering and water quality design services, which included the design of twelve raised Flow-Through Planters incorporated throughout the building to comply with stringent City of San Diego stormwater regulations and requirements, without compromising the modern feel and aesthetics of the state-of-the-art architecture.
