PLSA believes that our greatest asset is our team of qualified and experienced employees. Located in the North San Diego County coastal city of Solana Beach, we maintain a work environment as comfortable and relaxed as our beach front community. Our staff is comprised of civil engineers and land surveyors who have established themselves within our company, industry and community as knowledgeable and respected individuals. We believe that each employee is a direct contributor to the overall success of the company.

PLSA utilizes the most state of the art software and technology to complete our projects and believes that we offer a work environment that allows our employees to grow, thrive and succeed in their careers.

To create the collaborative environment within PLSA we believe fostering strong ties outside of the workplace is imperative. Some of the external events hosted are an end of summer event, a Christmas party, team building lunches, and Friday’s 4 o’clock gathering.
